My favourite local theatre festival is on! I thought I had missed my chance to tell you about the UNO festival’s ‘pay what you can’ opening performances, but there are two more tonight, including the show I’m most excited to see all year.
Galen and I bought tickets in advance, we’re so keen for Nicola Gunn ’s show, An Unfortunate Woman. It runs:
The only stuff I’ve ever seen that was as funny as Gunn’s Elephant Club (at UNO 2004) were the Sabotage shows co-created by Marc Chavez, who is Gunn’s director. Dream team!
You can still buy tickets online from Intrepid Theatre, or show up early for the flexible rate tickets at the door.
